I know everyone is probably heads down on Skyrim or MW3, but when you get a chance, take a look at Alan Wake the game.
Its a game that is a novel that is about survival horror. You get a six shooter wheel gun and a flashlight and you have to tackle the zombies. Probably one of the most underated games around and a great game if you are a strategist of love a good story.
