Although a bit pricier than other plinking fodder, you'll be pals with your tree-hugging friends... 
...and  they sure are EZ-shooting out of my wife's M&P 380 SHIELD EZ!

American Reloading has "V-Crowns in .355" dia. (90g) and .400" dia. (165g). Pulled .400" dia. (180g), too.
If you want some of these loaded up, order some and come on down. The 90g bullet is a legitimate load for 9x19mm, not just .380 Auto. The .400" dia. bullets can top .40 S&W and 10mm Auto. You might want to bring brass for these, since I have minimal amounts, if any.
I'd also consider ordering them for you, if you'll commit to sending funds promptly.
Reload some and test-fire onsite.

If you seek an economical load in your .45 ACP with some snap, try the Berry's 185g HBRN with some Power Pistol.
The bullets are 12¢ a pop at Midsouth currently:
