DAY LABORERS
« on: April 17, 2019, 12:12:54 PM »

I have seen day laborers hanging out at Home Depot and Lowes in other states looking to pick up work. But when I need help and go to my local  Home Depot and Lowes looking for day laborers the just don't seem to be there. I have gone to several around Wallingford and have never seem to find any. Anyone have any idea if there is a place near Wallingford where they hang out in the morning looking to pick up work?

Looking for someplace close to Wallingford and Colchester.

Why work in CT? Our welfare benefits are equal to $60,000/yr. more if you pop out a few kids.

The Waterbury Home Depot always has 30-40 hanging out looking for work.

It's going to be worth even more when they don't have to pay tolls to get to work or a payroll tax for "family leave".

The state is going to tax us .5% to pay for 12 weeks of family leave with a $1,000/week max and the freeloaders get it all year long plus an EBT card. And that .5% is guaranteed to go up.

Why work? Perhaps a glutton for punishment.

Thanks for the tip but that is a bit far from Wallingford or Colchester for one day jobs I normally need help with.
Even though it is no help to me maybe others will find it useful.

Make sure to check for their green cards, or failing that their illegal alien driver's licenses and EBT cards.
