Sort of reminds me of one of those contests where you get 5 minutes in the grocery store to take as much as you can.

The difference is this was for a week.

Supermarket Sweep! That would be awesome with mags and ammo instead.

Hard to swallow everyone praising PSA for "bringing freedom to Cali". Only reason they agreed to do so was that they realized they had the opportunity to make a shit load of money.   :soapbox:

FPSA.

They shipped to CA when the window allowed them to legally purchase magazines, but they won't ship AR parts to CT when it has been legal.

Ninth Circuit Appeals - Opening Brief, posted 7/15/2019.

Keep in mind- there is still a stay in-place while the appeal is under consideration by the 9th.
This brief is just a long historical account of how standard capacity magazine restrictions came-about, the citations are longer than the text.

It's going to be slow, but if the appeal is denied, the magazine capacity laws in CA are gone. And it *could* set precedents for other appeals in other states (don't get your hopes up).

I don't think the CalGuns forum has picked-up on this yet, either- but go here to read:

So what. They are capitalists. That is what capitalists do. They find way to make money.
