.30 caliber german luger
« on: September 13, 2018, 09:02:52 AM »

Hey everyone. So I'm trying to dig up some info on the luger that I own. It is a .30 caliber luger with all matching numbers and no import marks from what I see and it does not have a american eagle. Is there a resident luger expert or perhaps a book I could check out? Any info would help me. Thanks in advance. I will add better pictures later if that will help.

To get any real answer you will have to have someone actually inspect the gun. The photos suck and the description is lacking.
I recently had 1/2 dozen lugers go through the shop. I searched the internet and found all the information I needed to get the values. The information is out there and not hard to find or I would not have been able to get it done.

Sorry I don't have the wedsites saved and I would have to start all over again if I had to do it again.

Pictures aren’t the best but the fact that the straw blue is still present on the trigger, safety and take down lever is a plus. If the numbers on the wood magazine bottom match the numbers on the gun that would definitely increase the value. There should be numbers on most of the parts. If they match, that’s another big plus. If you know how to field strip it, check the small parts for numbers. They should be the last two digits of the serial #. Hope this helps you out.
