There's more than one way to skin a cat, but I prefer sitting at the bench, even if I use a slower single-stage unit.
The hand-presses do allow for on-range reloading, but I don't do that very often. Besides, my range is just out the back door, so the reload bench is very accessible. Often I'll load and shoot 5 rounds, come in and reload them and repeat a few more times.
It looks like Lyman doesn't offer the hand-press anymore. Lee has one: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
After all is said and done, it never hurts to have multiple presses. Sometimes having a press dedicated to one or two functions makes sense. Try full-length resizing a bunch of rifle brass on your hand press, for instance (not the most pleasurable task).
Good luck whichever road you choose.

Try these guys, I refer customers to them all the time.  I work for Lyman and we have cut our 310 line to almost nothing.

If any of you guys have the older NF-threaded dies, I have two of the Lyman Tru-Line Jr. presses.
