You can get any license you want for Research and Development. But you better really be in business because ATF will not find it funny if you are just enhancing your collection.

And by "collectable" is meant it has to be at least 31 years old, otherwise its super-duper deadly and dangerous. But the "collectable" kinds are totally benign and docile, especially the n*zi ones (the real n*zis, not the mostly fake current ones). :eyejack:
