Does this guy have a gun on him- check out the photo. There is something that looks like the butt of a gun, right?

It's the stitching on the underside of his shirt which is pulled up and wrinkled.

Yep. Looks like the shirt is got bunched up/pulled up.

He was arrested at the scene... by NYPD officers after being stopped by a group of Good Samaritans which included a Planet Hollywood bouncer who tackled him to the ground and another man who tore off his shirt to ensure he was not wearing carrying any weapons
