Turns it into a rifle that needs the bolt releasing everytime.

This modification would have to be permanent, blind-pinned or something, not easily-converted back to normal semiautomatic operation. I can't make out from their site what the design is. If its a "bolt-on", like a bullet-button, that's a non-starter for CT compliance. Neat, though.

The main problem with our idiotic/stupid/unconstitutional AWB is they specifically ban the semiautomatic AR and their copies/duplicates by name. For this device (if it makes an AR no longer semiauto) to make a post 9/13/94 semiautomatic AR-15 legal it would have to be installed by an FFL, or installed on the AR outside of CT before rifle is brought into CT.

Could it get past the stupid law? Possibly depending on how it is installed and if its easily removable.

Potentially, a government is the most dangerous threat to man's rights: it holds a legal monopoly on the use of physical force against legally disarmed victims.

Wouldn't it be much more liberating to simply leave CA and CT?

Very interesting design though.

I'd imagine it would have to be manufactured with the rifle or permanently installed (like above poster said) to even be in consideration for passing through the CT AWB.

Definitely interesting, but I would prefer an SCR or a fixed mag AR with MA loaders.

I feel the same way about the uk to be fair. Although for those stuck we do our best to make it more bearable.
