90g GDHP
« on: May 15, 2017, 01:16:50 PM »

Anyone game for splitting an order from RMR? You don't necessarily have to buy the pulled GDHP below, but let me know b4 I order and we can get a better rate in bulk.

Feels almost like Christmas...

The 90 grainer should be a screamer in .357 Magnum with magnum powders.

Not much listed data for Trail Boss in autoloading calibers, but fill to the base of the bullet and...

...they run quite well in my test pistol. Can't say if they achieve any applicable Power Factor though.

RMR has other weights available now... (GDHPs, that is). Figures...they drop the price after I get my order!

They have a pretty nice looking 124g of their own, too:

FWIW, the 9x19mm with the 90g GDHP do a number on watermelon.
Book data lists about 1408 fps with 6.4g CFE Pistol in a 4" tube (that's what I'm loading).

While I have a few boxes remaining, both in 9x19mm and 9x17mm, grab them while you come shoot.
Special discounted price through Saturday 22 July; no lay-aways, cash pick up only.
Speer Gold Dots (.380 ACP) sell for $21.49 in Southington, plus tax.
