Wait until you go to buy a 6" cap and 6" reducer to make your drum.

I looked into this a while ago and decided buying the FART would be more cost effective.

A faceted vessel is better than round for a tumbler. Maybe Fab a 5 sided container, door as one of the sides, and mount slightly larger bicycle wheels on the ends.

This seems like a better answer - faceted inside, gasket on cover,  and large enough.

You will also need a plug on one end and a clean out on the other end. Those are not cheep either.

You can get everything you need at some Lowes.  The one in Meriden has it in stock, check online.  The parts are in the drainage section.  They have 2 ft pieces of 6 inch available.

6 inch is doable when you go to 8 inches the prices for the parts go way up.

screw that idea.......

go BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

buy a kiddie pool and put a big dildo vibrator under it.... solved.

There is a problem with that.  Murphy and Malloy will probably want to come over and lounge in his pool.

Sorry, I guess concrete mixing barrel somehow off topic?  Am working on tumbler using it and will update with results.  Planing on 20-30# batches of 9mm.  Just sayin
