I make ossa bucco a couple times a month.  Usually veal though

It's one of my favorites, but takes a while to do it right.  One of these days I'm going to buy a pressure cooker so I can braise in reduced times.

Super cheap to do too, Shanks are some of the cheapest cuts of meat
