Travelers is actually one of the better companies to deal with lol.

Unless you have Chubb, which very few people have, you're most likely in for a battle of some degrees.
Thus the advent  of the public adjuster over the last 15 or so years.  If insurance companies were easy to deal with there would never be a need for a public adjuster.

I just got done with a auto claim with Travelers.   Zero issues, great communication, totally painless.
HARDEN THE FK UP!!!
