AARP is great, if you want your money going to support their Leftist agendas.

But it will be like teaching a pig to sing, a waste of your time, and you'll only succeed in anoying the pig.

The most regular "tough guy" talk on this site comes from you and Ima, so the irony in your post is pretty spectacular. Actually, I'm one of the people who regularly says that boycotting anything over this sort of shit is stupid, for that very reason; I only broke from that to knock AARP because it isn't just a background stance you have to dig around for. The AARP is very vocal, their positions are touted as loudly as those of the DSA. You could literally donate to the DNC and not have as clear a picture of causes you're supporting. It doesn't take a paranoid isolationist who never spends any money anywhere because maybe the profits will go to something you disagree with to know this, all you have to do is pay attention.

I was joking about AARP several posts back.  Leave me out of this pissing contest between you and Steevo.

Am I at that age where I start telling people the same stories from my glory days every time I see them? frack. I honestly don't remember ever mentioning anything about AARP here before today. On the other hand, I don't remember what I had for dinner last night, so...

It wasn’t too bad out today.  I put my first 80 rounds through the new Ruger Custom Shop Competition 10/22. It shot well. I will be posting a review eventually.

I messed that picture up. Again.

40 degrees, cloudy, no wind.

Today was 10mm day.  First time I have shot more than a round or two in about 6 weeks.  Been busy.

Partially stippled my Glock 29 last month, and tested it for the first time today.  It helped noticeably.  I'm a happy camper.
