One of the judges, William Pryor, was on Trump's list of possible nominee for the supremes.

The doctors right to "free speech" overrides your right to privacy about your guns according to full "en banc" hearing from 11th court.

' The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that the so-called “Docs vs. Glocks’’ law does not restrict patients’ Second Amendment rights to own guns. It noted a patient who doesn’t want to be questioned about that can easily find another doctor.

The Second Amendment right to own and possess firearms does not preclude questions about, commentary on, or criticism for the exercise of that right,” wrote Circuit Judge Adalberto Jordan in one of two majority opinions. “There is no actual conflict between the First Amendment rights of doctors and medical professionals and the Second Amendment rights of patients.” '

I have no problem with a doctor asking about guns. One can simply choose to NOT answer the question and or find another doctor. What I do have a problem with is doctors being required by the government or insurance to ask about guns and or putting your response a question about guns into a government database.

Potentially, a government is the most dangerous threat to man's rights: it holds a legal monopoly on the use of physical force against legally disarmed victims.

Thinking that banning some rifles and standard capacity magazines reduces violence is like thinking that banning black automobiles and gas tanks larger than 10 gallons will reduce drunk driving.

  • It's not gun control. It's citizen control.

"Do you own any firearms?"

"Absolutely not. Do you have any malpractice suits?"

I have never been asked but if I am I'll just say no. Who cares what CC judges say.
I love CT. I've lived here my entire life, it's all the socialists and libtards that I hate.
