seriously.....just saw this on the news.......this is rediculous......how does this happen? how can you sue the government when your not a citizen.....this just opened the door for every illegal in our country to sue the government for anything and everything. i was injured at work last year with a brain injury and they recieve better ammenities than anyone who is a citizen of this country.  whats next? a knock on my door saying excuse me sir, these nice illegals need your house more than you do so we are giving it to them......

we need to elect someone who is gonna         TAKE AMERICA BACK!!!!!!!!!!   
REAL AMERICANS NEED TO UNITE AND TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK...........

Honestly people. This kind of crap makes me want to cry. I myself am a LEGAL immigrant. Came over from Europe with my parents when I was a teenager. From day one, we worked, took the time to get status, paid taxes, started a business, became citizens, blablabla.

The abuse I see from Illegal immigrants who don't give a SHIT about the country , just want everyone else to learn THEIR language, give them free healthcare and money is sickening me as a properly naturalized US citizen. I pay taxes, starting a family with a kid on the way and can barely afford the extraordinarily high cost of health insurance. Yet, because I am legal and have met the minimum income levels can not get any aide if I wanted to (I don't want to though anyways 8)) .

These illegals can just get all this state aide, now after this ruling, all they need to do is start a lawsuit and they will be protected until there is a ruling on it. Sucker us who PAY for all of this with our taxes.

Complete bulls$%&!!! Those lawyers should be $%^&*#$ but thats new haven - the haven for illegals. Come one come all new haven loves illegals and will protect them at no cost. That dump should be cut away from CT and sunk at sea...with all the illegals are low lifes in it.

First, Mr. Nuke a much-belated Welcome to America...and Thank You for your service.  ;D

Second, the article does not mention the attorneys for ICE.  A sure sign this case was taken out of their hands by a higher up and the attorneys didn't want anything to do with this crap publicly.

Third, the settlement was announced by  a "spokesman" for ICE.  A sure sign the person at ICE in charge of authorizing a settlement had his or her authority pulled by an even higher up.

Fourth,  I suspect the person who authorized this settlement is attached to this finger:

Maybe I'm mistaken, but the case in Danbury with the group that is now engraved in history as the "Danbury 11" opened the gates for this kind of bs.

I remember Lou Dobb's doing a story about day laborers on Main St in Danbury when he was on CNN before this case got kicked off. He caught a lot of heat for it by the ACLU and other similar groups.
