V10 TDi Touareg ;)

I'll see your unpronounceable Kraut box pulling an empty aluminum tube and raise you a Chevy Duramax pulling a train.   :P

Once I drop the 460 in my TravelAll, I really want to see what I can haul.

This fackin' truck is HEAVY. From a Continental, the 460 made some 550ft.lbs. of torque off the showroom floor.

Of course, I'm not going to leave it stock. That's for wimps.  8)

Pulling test???

The 6.6-liter Duramax is produced by DMAX, a joint venture between GM and Isuzu. manufactured in Moraine, Ohio.. so it is not a jap motor and it is putting amercians to work. GM has entered business with other factories like many other companies have. to share info and build better vehicles. this is all I know for sure about the Duramax. weather or not they make a smaller displacement  that is a jap motor I have no idea.
if you have no enemies in life it means you have never taken a stand for what you believe in.

On a side note, I watched a friend's Durachicken blow up two days ago.

That was cool.  8)

Hey guys, I've owned my 1999 olds alero since 06 when I bought it for $3k with 115k miles on it. This was my first car and bought it based on looks mainly. As of this week it has 189k miles on it, and with the way it runs, makes me think I may be in need of a new car soon.
What is wrong with your Alero?
Any chance it just needs some maintenance?

Nothings wrong... yet. Still running but approaching 200k miles n want ideas incase it shits the bed on me.
