i saw that on gunbroker awhile back while i was searching smith & wesson 500... found it pretty cool! not sure if i would trust shooting it though..

Not necessarily... admittedly, he could've used better terminology, but if the end isn't sealed with anything more than lacquer (which it looks like) I don't see how it could constitute an "explosive".

I think they might've used Tannerite in the bullet cavity, but that's just my interpretation.
